Grace Wellness CIC is a community interest company bringing health education, prevention and wellbeing into the heart of community life. We want people to understand their health, feel able to ask questions and build habits that fit their lives.
Our approach connects evidence-informed learning with practical support and human connection. We recognise that health is shaped by more than information alone: culture, confidence, resources and a sense of belonging all matter.
To make health education more accessible and help people take an active role in their wellbeing—physically, mentally and socially.
Grace Ronke Adegoke is an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, menopause practitioner and the founder of Grace Wellness CIC. With more than 25 years of frontline experience, she understands how valuable it can be when people receive clear information, early support and time to be heard.
Her vision is to bring that understanding beyond the consulting room, creating opportunities for people to learn together, care for their wellbeing and support one another.
Evidence and understanding — We turn health knowledge into clear, practical conversations.
Prevention and confidence — We encourage people to engage with their health and make informed choices.
Inclusion and belonging — We welcome people from different backgrounds and recognise the experiences of underserved and diaspora communities.
Community and connection — We create space for encouragement, shared learning and mutual support.
