LiveWell Collective is a health and wellbeing project operated by Grace Wellness CIC (“Grace Wellness CIC”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
These Membership Terms explain the basis on which you join and participate in LiveWell Collective.
By registering for membership and setting up your membership payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
1. About LiveWell Collective
LiveWell Collective is a community-focused health and wellbeing initiative operated by Grace Wellness CIC.
Our purpose is to bring people together to:
Move. Learn. Strengthen their health — together.
Activities may include health and wellbeing education, movement sessions, community discussions, live Q&A sessions, resources, events and other wellbeing initiatives.
2. Founding Membership
LiveWell Collective Founding Membership is currently offered at:

Membership may include:
Some programmes, events, retreats, consultations or other activities may carry an additional charge.
Where an additional fee applies, this will be made clear before booking or purchase.
3. Eligibility
General LiveWell Collective membership is intended for adults aged 18 years and over, unless otherwise stated for a particular programme or activity.
Members are responsible for providing accurate registration information and keeping their relevant contact details up to date.
4. Membership Numbers
Founding Members may be allocated a unique LiveWell Collective membership number, for example:

Membership numbers are used for LiveWell Collective administration and do not represent membership of a separate legal entity.
LiveWell Collective remains a project operated by Grace Wellness CIC.
5. Membership Payments
Founding Membership is currently £10 per month.
Where you establish a recurring payment, the agreed membership fee will be collected automatically at the applicable billing interval until your membership or recurring payment is cancelled.
Payments may be processed securely by a third-party payment provider such as Stripe.
Grace Wellness CIC does not ordinarily receive or store your complete card or bank account credentials.
The payment amount and frequency will be displayed before you authorise your payment.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your recurring LiveWell Collective membership payment.
Cancellation will prevent future recurring membership charges once it has taken effect.
Payments already made will not ordinarily be refunded simply because a member decides to cancel during a paid membership period, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Grace Wellness CIC.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

7. Health & Medical Information
LiveWell Collective provides general health, wellbeing and educational information.
LiveWell Collective membership, educational resources, group sessions and community discussions do not replace individual medical assessment, diagnosis or treatment.
Although some LiveWell Collective information may be delivered by appropriately qualified healthcare professionals, participation in LiveWell Collective does not by itself create an individual clinician-patient relationship.
Members should seek appropriate professional advice regarding individual symptoms, medical conditions, medications, treatments or other personal health concerns.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, seek appropriate urgent or emergency medical assistance.
8. Physical Activity
Some LiveWell Collective activities may involve exercise, stretching, mobility work, dance or other physical activity.
Participation is voluntary.
Members are responsible for deciding whether a particular activity is suitable for them and for participating within their own abilities and limitations.
If you have an existing medical condition, injury, are pregnant, have recently undergone surgery or have concerns about starting or changing physical activity, you should obtain appropriate professional advice before participating.
Stop exercising and seek appropriate advice if you experience concerning symptoms.
9. Respectful Community
LiveWell Collective aims to provide a welcoming, inclusive and respectful environment.
Members are expected to communicate respectfully with other members, speakers, facilitators and members of the Grace Wellness CIC team.
Harassment, discrimination, threatening behaviour, abuse or serious/repeated disruption of the community will not be accepted.
Grace Wellness CIC reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate participation where there has been a serious or repeated breach of these expectations.
10. Privacy Within Group Activities
Members should respect the privacy of other participants.
Personal information or experiences shared by another member during a LiveWell Collective group session, WhatsApp community, discussion or other activity should not be copied, recorded, published or shared outside the relevant setting without that person’s permission.
Because group activities involve other participants, Grace Wellness CIC cannot guarantee that information voluntarily disclosed by a participant will remain confidential.
Members should therefore exercise appropriate discretion when sharing personal information.
11. Recording Sessions
Members must not record LiveWell Collective sessions, meetings or other activities without permission.
Where Grace Wellness CIC wishes to record a LiveWell Collective activity involving identifiable participants, appropriate information and consent will be provided or obtained where required.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original LiveWell Collective materials, presentations, graphics, recordings, educational resources and other content remain the intellectual property of Grace Wellness CIC or the relevant content owner.
Membership gives members permission to access materials made available to them for their own personal use.
It does not give permission to reproduce, distribute, sell, publish or commercially exploit those materials without appropriate authorisation.
13. Changes to Membership
LiveWell Collective is a developing community initiative.
Membership activities, benefits, delivery arrangements and services may therefore evolve over time.
Grace Wellness CIC will aim to provide reasonable notice of material changes affecting members, including changes to membership fees where appropriate.
14. Suspension or Termination
Grace Wellness CIC may suspend or terminate a LiveWell Collective membership in circumstances including:

15. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Grace Wellness CIC does not guarantee that participation in LiveWell Collective will result in any particular health, fitness or wellbeing outcome.
Members remain responsible for their personal health decisions and for obtaining appropriate individual professional advice where required.
16. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with LiveWell Collective is handled by Grace Wellness CIC in accordance with the Grace Wellness CIC Privacy Notice.
